ADC STATUS IS AN NMOS CONTRACT, NOT A POST-RESULT CMP

HYPOTHESIS: official ADC must produce the same accumulator and C/V/N/Z state in the clean scalar reference and generated C for all binary and NMOS decimal inputs. Decimal C follows the adjusted high digit, V and N follow the pre-high-correction sum, and Z follows the raw binary sum—even when a digit is not valid BCD.
