RRA'S ROTATE-OUT BIT IS ADC'S CARRY-IN

HYPOTHESIS: each stable RRA form performs one memory ROR through the incoming carry, stores that rotated byte, then executes the NMOS ADC contract using the ROR carry-out. No flag refresh may intervene: ADC replaces the rotate's temporary N/Z/C state with its final C/V/N/Z.
