HYPOTHESIS: stable ISC increments the addressed byte modulo 256, writes it back, then subtracts that byte through SBC. INC changes no status flag inside the composite operation, so the carry entering ISC remains SBC's no-borrow input; SBC alone owns final C/V/N/Z.
