CPY EARNS ITS OWN REGISTER PATH

HYPOTHESIS: CPY compares Y to its operand without modifying Y, using unsigned order for C and the wrapped low-byte difference for N/Z. Its immediate, zero-page, and absolute forms take 2/3/4 cycles and preserve A/X/memory plus status bits outside C/Z/N.
