ACCUMULATOR SHIFTS EXECUTE THE DISCARDED PC+1 FETCH

HYPOTHESIS: accumulator ASL, LSR, ROL, and ROR are two-cycle, one-byte instructions, but their aggregate total does not prove when their external read occurs. Their production path must fetch the opcode, fetch and discard PC+1, and only then expose the accumulator/status result.
