MOS manual section 6.1, Example 6.6 gives the no-cross sequence: opcode, BAL, BAH, then effective data in four cycles. Example 6.7 shows that a page cross first reads the old-page/new-low address and ignores its data while adding the carry to BAH, then reads effective data in cycle five.
