MOS manual section 6.10 fixes indexed-indirect opcode and operand fetches, the discarded unindexed-base read, and wrapped pointer-low/pointer-high reads. Sections 6.11 and 6.12 fix indirect-indexed wrapped pointer formation and state that RMW operations always take the extra indexed cycle.
