The human-review conveyor now exposes a read-only --preflight path that validates every retained executable and runtime dependency against the sealed queue before opening the first game window. On the fresh private queue it verified 595/595 executables and 595/595 dependencies, found one unique dependency hash, observed zero receipts and started no process.
