The shared indirect-JMP $6C semantic vector exposed a proof-harness gap: the generated C called reforge_atari_execute_low_memory, but the native semantic translation unit did not carry the production router and executor slice. The harness now embeds those exact production sources whenever a selected vector requires them, with only bounded test diagnostics supplied at the boundary.
