READINESS MANIFEST BINDS THE POST-I580 NON-LAUNCHING CANARIES

The tracked redacted readiness manifest now records the evidence that was actually rerun after I580: the title-independent TIA/input/audio/mapper, preflight and dynamic-root canary is green at 65/65, and the compiled-C native proof remains 330/330 at both O0 and O2 on commit eb3c45b0. These are content-addressed readiness facts only; the manifest still contains no ROM bytes, generated executable bytes, private IDs or filesystem paths.
